Shipping and processing times depend on the shipping method available in your region:

How do I repair or return my device?

Step 2: Select RMA Type. You can select Return, Replacement, or Repair.
Step 3: Fill in "Reasons" and other required messages, then submit the application.

Please note: Self Service RMA is only applicable to devices purchased on Red Magic.gg. You will need to contact Red Magic Customer Support Team if you purchased your device from one of our official distributors.
What is the warranty policy for Red Magic products?
The official warranty policy is for the Red Magic phones bought from our official website (redmagic.gg).
The period for EU & UK store:

The product can be repaired free of charge if there is no customer-induced damage and if it is still within the warranty period. However, the customers may need to pay for the initial shipment fee when returning the device, which will be later refunded as long as the phone is still under warranty.
The accessories including charger, USB cable, battery enjoy six-months warranty service from the date of purchase.
If your Red Magic smartphone was not purchased from our official website, it is not covered by our warranty policy. We cannot provide support for devices and accessories bought from third-party sellers. Please contact the seller if you are experiencing problems with your product.
Is tax included in the total price?
All taxes is included for all orders in the US, the EU and UK. For Canada, all our products will be shipped under DDU terms. This means we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your Red Magic smartphone.
