• Where does the Red Magic ship to?

  The Red Magic 3 can be delivered to the following countries/regions:

  Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, the Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Finland, Romania, France, Slovakia, Germany, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Malta, and the UK.

  North America: Canada and the United States

  Asia Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Singapore and Taiwan.

  Middle East: Israel

  Red Magic accessories can be delivered to the following countries/regions:

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Currently, the available payment methods for purchasing from our website are PayPal and credit card. For PayPal inquires, please contact PayPal directly at 1-402-935-2050 (calling from outside the U.S.) For credit card inquires, please contact your issuing bank for more information.

• When will I receive my order?

  Shipping and processing times depend on the shipping method available in your region:

   

  European Union & United Kingdom:

  Standard Shipping (2 business days processing time + 4–9 business days delivery)

  Priority Shipping (1 business day processing time + 2–5 business days delivery)

  United States:

  Standard Shipping (2 business days processing time + 3–5 business days delivery)

  Priority Shipping (1 business day processing time + 1–3 business days delivery)

  Canada:

  Priority Shipping (1 business day processing time + 2–3 business days delivery)

  Asia Pacific & Middle East:

  Standard Shipping (2 business days processing time + 6–8 business days delivery)

  Priority Shipping (1 business day processing time + 2–3 business days delivery)

   

  Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. The real delivery time will depend on your destination. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

• How do I repair or return my device?

  Please see below for a quick step-by-step tutorial for creating an RMA:

  Step 1: Head over to your order detail page and click the service request button to begin your repair and warranty claim.

  Step 2: Select RMA Type. You can select Return, Replacement, or Repair.

  Step 3: Fill in "Reasons" and other required messages, then submit the application.

  Step 4: Please wait for our response for the next steps.

  Please note: Self Service RMA is only applicable to devices purchased on Red Magic.gg. You will need to contact Red Magic Customer Support Team if you purchased your device from one of our official distributors.

• What is the warranty policy for Red Magic products?

  The official warranty policy is for the Red Magic phones bought from our official website (redmagic.gg) is as follows:

   

  EU & UK store:

• Is tax included in the total price?

  Except Canada, Asia Pacific and Middle East, all taxes are included for all orders in all regions . For Canada,  Asia Pacific and Middle East, all our products will be shipped under DDU terms. This means we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your Red Magic smartphone.
