The REDMAGIC Try Before You Switch Program offers users the opportunity to experience different REDMAGIC products firsthand. Following the Astra 2 trial, we'll introduce various REDMAGIC smartphone models for testing starting in mid-August. Stay tuned for more updates!

Yes. Selected participants will receive Astra 2 at no cost during the trial period.
No purchase is required.
Three participants will be selected. One winner will be announced each Monday—July 27, August 3, and August 10—and notified via email. Each winner will receive one Astra 2 Gaming Tablet.
Participants are selected based on the answers given in the sign up form.
Anyone interested in experiencing Astra 2.
After 2 weeks of use, the testers are expected to send their review to us. We will reach out via email. Users may also submit their review on social media platforms, such as Reddit.

- Program Overview
The REDMAGIC Try Before You Switch Program ("Program") gives selected participants the opportunity to experience the REDMAGIC Astra 2 Gaming Tablet free of charge before deciding whether to switch to REDMAGIC products.
No purchase is necessary to enter or participate. - Application Period
Applications are open from July 17, 2026 until August 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time determined by REDMAGIC).
Applications submitted after the closing date will not be considered. - Eligibility
Applicants must:
Submit a complete application form.
Provide a valid email address.
Be willing to test the REDMAGIC Astra 2 Gaming Tablet for approximately two (2) weeks.
Agree to provide an honest review of their experience.
REDMAGIC reserves the right to verify participant eligibility. - Selection Process
Three (3) participants will be selected to join the Program.
Applications will be reviewed by the REDMAGIC team and participants will be selected based on the quality, completeness, creativity, and suitability of their responses in the application form.
REDMAGIC's decision regarding participant selection is final. - Selected Participants
Selected participants will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.
If a selected participant does not respond within the timeframe specified by REDMAGIC, REDMAGIC reserves the right to select an alternate participant. - Trial Device
Selected participants will receive one (1) REDMAGIC Astra 2 Gaming Tablet for testing purposes.
Participants are encouraged to use the device in real-world scenarios and provide honest feedback based on their experience.
Unless otherwise communicated by REDMAGIC, participants may keep the device after completing the Program requirements. - Review Requirements
Participants agree to:
Use the device for approximately two (2) weeks.
Submit an honest review of their experience within the timeframe requested by REDMAGIC.
Respond truthfully regardless of whether their experience is positive, neutral, or critical.
REDMAGIC values authentic feedback and does not require participants to provide only positive reviews. - Content License
By participating in the Program and submitting any review, comments, photographs, videos, screenshots, testimonials, or other content ("Submitted Content"), participants grant REDMAGIC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

Distribute
Display
Share
The submitted content across REDMAGIC's marketing channels, including but not limited to:
Website
Social media
Blog articles
Email campaigns
Product pages
Advertisements
Community platforms
Promotional materials - Participants also grant REDMAGIC permission to use their name, username, profile image (if applicable), country, review excerpts, ratings, photographs, and videos in connection with promoting the Program and REDMAGIC products.
No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Provide accurate information during registration.
Not submit fraudulent or misleading information.
Comply with applicable laws and platform policies when publishing any content relating to the Program. - Privacy
Personal information collected during the Program will be used solely for administering the Program and in accordance with REDMAGIC's Privacy Policy. - Changes and Cancellation
REDMAGIC reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice if circumstances require.
REDMAGIC also reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary. - General
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All decisions made by REDMAGIC regarding eligibility, participant selection, interpretation of these Terms, and Program administration are final.
